With history dating back to the 1690's, as it was passed between Earls and Viscounts alike, it's walls and gardens have many stories to tell. The house opened it's doors to the public in 1946 and now not only offers bed & breakfast accommodation but also tours through the house and gardens.

The details...
Over the years, Bantry House & Gardens has been restored to the gem it is today. Each year, it welcomes guests from around the world to experience it's rich interiors and impressive gardens.
For us, it is the gardens that steal the show. With the impressive facade of the house on one side and the bay views on the other, it is hard to beat. The garden is home to a vast 7 terraces that continue to be resorted even today. Have we mentioned the fountain? The beautiful water feature is surrounded by Wisteria Sineis and Wisteria Floribunda. Our garden hearts explode.
Your exclusive use wedding will not only include the house and grounds but guests will also be invited for tours of both the house and gardens- allowing your nearest and dearest to be fully immersed in the estate. For those lucky enough to stay, Bantry House comes with 6 newly restored bedrooms.
